Every Friday, a woman takes to the streets of Portland with a small, wheeled cart, peddaling her best pie.  But she’s selling much more than that.

Pie Lab

Pie lab, an interactive, experimental food experience borders on performance art.  Each week has a different theme.  Ths week, you could pay $4 for the pie of your choice, or $3 to risk the decision to a spin of the wheel.  Some lucky eaters even ended up with free pie.  Next week will be themed “pie it forward” and each customer’s pie order will be decided by the person in front of them in line.
