Bob’s Red Mill

This week I made my famous cookies, converting them to wheat-free and gluten-free with two different flours from a local, Milwaukie company, Bob’s Red Mill.

According to it’s website:

For a wheat-free cookie, try oat flour.  Or if you want to go completely gluten-free, try their quinoa flour.
