Baking Soda

Baking soda is something we all have in our kitchens.  For baking.  For taking the odors out of the fridge.  For cleaning the garbage disposal.

When I’m traveling, baking soda is one of my must-have items.  Not only can I brush my teeth with it, but it makes the most amazing deodorant.  One bag of baking soda lasted me two months in Italy.  It kills bacteria, so no stink, and you can brush it off your clothes easily, so no deodorant marks.
