Rose City Mortgage Company is described as one of the nation’s first socially responsible mortgage brokers. The company uses ethical, socially responsible business practices that enhance the local community and, ultimately, the world.

The company donates $100 from every loan to a non-profit organization of the client’s choice. Since 2000, RCMS has contributed over $170,000 to a variety of great causes.  The company also buys as much organic, green and recycled as possible, they recycle everything, buy from local vendors, support other businesses that operate with integrity, and they treat their employees, clients and associates with respect.

Two totally cool things about the office space: 1) they feng shuied their office to emphasize flowing energy and abundance (it’s so super cozy), and 2) you won’t find a boardroom there, rather a living room, where they hold all their staff meetings—in a circle.

Rose City Mortgage’s list of awards is long.  And it’s very well deserved.
