People all over the world need a bit of hope from time to time. Angels for Hope is an organization that sends crocheted bits of hope to those who need them. In fact, approximately 80,000 people received hope in 2009 alone.
Want to send someone some hope? Just visit the Angels for Hope website and request an angel, butterfly or smiley-face. One of 600 volunteers from around the world will hand-make the hope and send it on its way, free of charge. There is even a special project for fallen soldiers, as well as a 100th birthday club.
Enjoy crocheting and giving your time? You can join Angels for Hope and become one of the angels that makes life a little better for those who need hope.
